3D TOF/RGB-D (V50) Camera Module

iCatch 1st 3D TOF/RGB-D camera module, including TOF + RGB sensors and host controller of V50 SOC (system-on-a-chip), provides flexible depth sensing range with stable variation rate and wide camera FOV (field of view). Therefore, the camera enables the fast development of 3D depth sensing function for VR (virtual reality) gaming, industrial robot, and commercial face recognition systems.

There are two lens-sensor modules on the compact box design. The main lens-sensor module with two VCSEL laser diodes is for 3D depth video, and is capable of VGA (640X480) at 30 fps encoding. The second lens-sensor module is for 2D RGB video which could be integrated with the 3D depth video for colorful point cloud and enhances the post processing of 3D depth video, and is capable of FHD (1920X1080) at 30 fps encoding.
