Implementation of sustainable development
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of “Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles” amended according to the resolution made by the Board of Directors of the Company on March 21, 2022, and based on the demand for the promotion of sustainable development, the president convened supervisors of relevant departments and designated personnel on December 6, 2023 to take charge of proposing and implementing sustainable development policies, systems, or relevant management guidelines and specific promotion plans. The Board of Directors authorizes the president to deal with economic, environment, and social issues resulting from the operating activities and report the handling status of the promotion of sustainable development to the Board of Directors at least once every year. The Company already reported the implementation status of sustainable development to the Board of Directors on December 17, 2024.
The Sustainable Development Work Promotion Group is further divided into the following teams per function areas, i.e., corporate governance team, partnership team, happy workplace and social care team, and environmental sustainability team, comprising cross-department members including president, R&D, marketing, production management, finance and accounting, administration and human resources, information, safety and health, and other relevant units. The safety and health administrative unit serves as the deliberative unit.
A. Sustainable Development and Sustainable Management Strategies
To realize corporate and environmental sustainability, iCatch has established sustainable management strategies to enrich its core technology, strengthen energy-saving R&D, and pay attention to sustainable technological talents in Taiwan. The Company adopts four constructs, namely, corporate governance, partnership, happy workplace and social care, and environmental sustainability as the basis for implementation and management. Additionally, the Company also aligns with 17 sustainability development goals (SDGs), SASB, TCFD and other relevant standards established by the United Nations Office for Sustainable Development, to further assure the close consistency of its management strategies with international trends.

C. Main responsibilities of the Sustainable Development Work Promotion Group:
I. Establish sustainable development directions and goals including environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, ethical corporate management and risk management, and draw up relevant management policies and specific promotion plans.
II. Advocate and implement work related to the Company’s sustainable development directions and goals.
III. Track, review, and revise the implementation status and effect of corporate sustainable development.
IV. Prepare the sustainability report.
Material topic Issues Management Policy
The iCatch Technology Sustainability Working Group discussed various aspects based on the GRI standards, supplemented by the company's operational focus, development, and environmental changes. The significance of each issue was assessed based on the severity and likelihood of actual and potential negative impacts. At the same time, we also conducted corresponding assessments based on the degree, scope and possibility of positive impacts. These material topic issues include eight themes: corporate governance, compliance with laws and regulations, risk management, product quality and responsibility, environmental impact and management, talent recruitment and salary and benefits, training and education, and workplace health and safety.

iCatch provides education and training courses and subsidies. New colleagues can have a deeper understanding of the value and missions of iCatch through orientation education and training and participation in forums appointed with the president. Also, career promotion development planning of personal dual-track system has been provided, so that employees may take on specialized and refined technical R&D engineering or R&D management positions based on their ability and interest.
