Ci1 intelligent image signal processor (ISP) embeds a neural network acceleration engine for edge computing. The ISP engine of Ci1 can connect up to two CMOS sensors and also support RGB-IR sensor to generate RGB and IR images simultaneously to enable face recognition for security applications. With the built-in neural processing engine, Ci1 can perform face detection and recognition at the edge to better protect privacy and to minimize latency for best user experience. Furthermore, Ci1 also has the advantage of low power consumption and fast boot-up time which are crucial for smart access control applications. Besides access control, Ci1 is also an ideal platform for edge intelligence applications. Developers can design miniaturized camera powered by AI to solve the existing pain point in various markets.
