V37 is iCatch SoC for 4K consumer imaging devices. It can support up to two CMOS sensors and has an advanced image signal processor (ISP) enabling features such as 5-axis electronic image stabilization (EIS), high dynamic range (HDR), super resolution (SR) and more. It also incorporates a H.264 CODEC supporting up to 4Kp30. Moreover, a neural processing unit (NPU) is embedded in V37 for image analytic applications at the edge. A variety of peripheral interfaces are also integrated to extend its connectivity and to reduce the total system BOM cost. V37 Series offers two different packages, V37A and V37M, where V37M has an embedded DRAM in the IC package to enable small form factor designs.
