iCatch obtains ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate
The quality assurance standard ISO 9001 is a standard that has been chosen and implemented by businesses all around the world to show commitment of delivering quality products and services to customers. The ISO 9001:2015 edition is a revision based on the high level structure framework defined in ISO Annex L (formally SL) which can help streamline creation of new standards and make implementing multiple standards within one organization easier. ISO 9001:2015 also adds actions to address risks and opportunities. The risk management requires the organization to establish an end-to-end process for risk management and then to execute that process consistently, carefully and widely. In addition, ISO 9001:2015 also strengthens the management's responsibility, leadership, and commitment, and emphasizes performance evaluation to seek sustainable development.
There are seven Quality Management Principles that are embedded in the ISO 9001:2015 edition. They are: customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, and relationship management. In the future, iCatch will adhere to this standard, pay more attention to product quality, keep improvement, and provide customers with better products and services.
